guys i have excellent news for....me... i will be heading to motown tomorrow to watch the wvu-lsu game. If you all prefer i will try to take some pictures and upload to our site. tickets are going for 300 on stubhub right now but my best friend from college just informed me that we have scored 2 tickets from his cousin for $50 a piece. let me know if you all (especially my fellow mountie fans) want pics. should be a crazy atmosphere definately topping when auburn was there in '08

Darn it, I was hoping you were going to tell us about EA announcing a patch that would fix all of our issues with the game... Have fun at the game, though!

No way Ed would be missing that one. I'll be spending my football day at Patriots Place hopefully drinking and watching the game. And for the record, I don't care how nice the new Meadowlands or Cowboy Stadium are, no football complex can compare to what the Krafts have set up with Patriots Place. It's a full shopping plaza, has like 6 different bars, a 5 level movie theater, a 5 star hotel, and all with perfect viewing right into the stadium. These owners need to get on the ball and build something like this all over the league.

Sorry for your choice in teams Stokes, lol. Will you be at that game? A friend of mine and I always go when the Bills come to Foxboro. They should be pretty good this season, finally figuring things out, but still I don't see them breaking that losing streak this year. Enjoy the game, though, man

congrats on the win bills fans...
now my analysis of the lsu game.....
i was impressed with LSU's secondary defensively. their d-line was quick but i know at least one occasion where a d-lineman looked back at the play, wasn't touched, and went down grabbing a knee. this only happened on big plays by the offense.
i was very impressed with LSU's offense, it isn't flashy but it works. they pound the ball and do a great job of playaction. Jarret Lee was really accurate, and their punter was amazing.
Geno Smith is the real deal!
defensively, Pat miller was getting picked on all night, not only the first few passing plays but there were others where he was beat badly and Lee missed seeing him.
wvu's punter needs to get his head out of his ass. i feel bad knocking the kid because he is from my area but he needs to kick the ball further and not angle it out of bounds 20 yards from the LOS
WVU shot themselves in the foot alot this game, had a bad start, had 4 turnovers, allowed a kick return for a TD... can't do that in big games.
I would like ed's opinion on this but... as someone who went to both auburn games and was there last night. LSU fans are obnoxious. Ive been to a few SEC school football games and these guys were the worst .... met alot of them who were nice but an equal amount of a-holes. also, i feel that auburn traveled much better than LSU. when auburn was there they took up the whole end zone at one end. One lsu fan said he thinks they had 20-30 thousand there yesterday i just laughed.
anything else you all saw?

Your analysis is spot on. LSU is a complete team, and unfortunately we don't have very good special teams!! They constantly forced us into bad field position and that killed us. I was very impressed with our O-line, hard believe we passed over 60 times and Geno wasn't sacked once!! Was also impressed with our D outside of Miller, they were put in a ton of bad positions and didn't fold. I feel we let this one get away, but I had an amazing time!!! I'll try to post some pics and vids I took.
Stew, I agree with you on LSU fans, the older fans I met were fine, but they are the cockiest most elitist bunch I've ever met!!! They have a great team, they should be very proud, but their arrogance makes wish bad things upon them lol.

You think lsu fans are like that you need to talk 2 bama fans! They are 10 times worse when it comes 2 that.
