Figured this might as well get it's own thread, especially if Cam keeps acting the fool and breaking rookie records left and right. But barring injury, I'm going to say he's already earned Rookie of the Year. AJ Green has also been showing up so far, but not much else from the other offensive rookies so far. Blaine Gabbert should get the start for Jacksonville next week, so we'll see what he can do. Randall Cobb had a good week 1, but I don't remember what he did yesterday. Defensively there are linemen making some noise. Chris Neild out in Washington had a big game vs the Giants, picking up a pair of sacks. JJ Watt's also having a good start in Houston, but that's about it. I'll add a little local flavor as Nate Solder, an OT from Colorado, had a very impressive first start in injury relief last week vs Miami, handling Cameron Wake in single coverage almost the entire game. Wake did get a sack, but it was one of those where the play took a while to develop, and he had actually gotten pancaked to start, but got back up and tripped Brady up. Solder shouldn't see much more significant playing time this season, though, unless we have another injury on the line. But he's definitely looking like a solid choice for years to come.

I'm a big Cam supporter, and I think he'll end up being a damn good NFL QB, but man ... some of those throws scared the crap out of me. Even some of the ones that weren't picked off were really risky and close to an INT. I think if DBs start getting their heads around sooner on some of those throws, he gets picked off even more.
With the kind of throws he's had in the last two games, he's going to be a 2 INT per game QB until he calms down a bit, which I know he'll be able to do! It's encouraging that even though he's made mistakes, he's been able to get his team in a position to win the last two games. Just needs to be little more careful is all. Hopefully the other components of the team will step it up, too, and they get a win to match one of his 400+ yard games.

Cant believe we lost to the sorry ass cowboys. We dominated them the whole game and our dbs let us down. Now we gotta hear all week about how great tony romo is. He played garbage for the majority of the game. Even his td passes were athletic plays by his receivers or horrible plays by our dbs. Just bs. This lost is gonna bite us at the end of the year.....shit....sorry to hijack your thread...I'm just pissed at that loss
